Enjoy this quick and easy-to-prepare cranberry chutney.
Ingredients
Directions
In a microwave safe bowl place all ingredients in the bowl. Stir ingredients.
Cook on high in microwave for 5-6 minutes until berries pop open. Stir.
Let stand until thickened and cool. This can also be served warm.
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans can be added if desired.
12 oz. fresh cranberries, rinsed | ¼ tsp ginger |
1 pear, peeled and chopped | ¼ tsp allspice |
1/3 cup brown sugar | ¼ cup water |
1/3 cup raisins | 1 Tbsp vinegar |
