Cranberry Chutney

Enjoy this quick and easy-to-prepare cranberry chutney.   Ingredients
12 oz. fresh cranberries, rinsed ¼ tsp ginger
1 pear, peeled and chopped ¼ tsp allspice
1/3 cup brown sugar ¼ cup water
1/3 cup raisins 1 Tbsp vinegar
  Directions In a microwave safe bowl place all ingredients in the bowl.  Stir ingredients. Cook on high in microwave for 5-6 minutes until berries pop open.  Stir. Let stand until thickened and cool.  This can also be served warm. ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans can be added if desired.
