The National Forum 16th Annual Meeting, “Paths to Innovation,” will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at the Barbara Jordan Conference Center, Kaiser Family Foundation, 1330 G ST, NW, Washington, DC 20005, from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM EDT.

Paths to Innovation
The goals for the 2018 Annual Meeting, “Paths to Innovation” are:
  • CONNECT: Attendees will meet at least one new organization/individual.
  • PROVIDE AND STIMULATE THOUGHT LEADERSHIP: Attendees will learn at least one new strategy to reduce heart disease and stroke in the population.
  • ACCELERATE COLLABORATION: Attendees will establish at least one collaboration with an attendee member to implement a policy or best practice.
